My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Troy over the last 5 years or so. We bought our 1st vehicle from him back in 2019 and had such a positive experience that when we were on the market for a over the last 5 years or so. Troy has many attributes that separates him from others in the field, one of which we feel was the most important. Integrity. Troy is a genuinely honest and caring individual. He takes time to listen to your needs, and establishes a plan on how to meet those needs, regarding which model would best fit those needs. He is very honest regarding price, during the purchasing of our last vehicle, I wanted to focus on the Out The Door price. Troy was understanding of that, he put together that price, I examined it comparing it to pre purchase research, and it matched 1:1, meaning it was a very fair deal. He also took time to explain the value vs money spent, and outlining exactly where those dollars are being spent. He was very honest regarding additional add ons, what they do, what value they provide. That was important to us, as it helps us make an informed decision. Our trade in was a fair deal as well, as we respected each other, both understanding each other's positions, and striking a fair deal immediately. Troy made the process very comfortable, which was a 1st for us. Troy appreciated that I did my research prior to the process, as it actually made the whole process streamlined and effective for both sides. It was a wonderful experience, and we left in our new vehicle knowing that it was a fair deal all around. Troy represents what it means to provides the ultimate experience. Due to life events, I recently had the opportunity to work with Troy for the second time this year. I traded in a vehicle and bought a smaller vehicle. Similar to my first experience with Troy, I was tre work with Troy for the second time this year. I traded in a vehicle and bought a smaller vehicle. Similar to my first experience with Troy, I was treated very well during the entire process. I was respected, and I was listened to, which helped Troy identify another ideal vehicle for me. Troy was patient and did not rush me into making a decision. In fact, I never felt compelled or pressured to make a purchasing decision at all. Troy’s calm and respectful approach allowed me to feel comfortable being more open with him about what I was looking for and price points. This resulted in a successful and positive car buying experience. Throughout my time with Troy at the dealership, I felt like a VIP guest. He kept his focus on me even after I purchased a vehicle. Bottom line: Troy puts his customers first. He values his relationships with his customers. He takes the time to understand their needs and concerns, which results in a successful outcome.
