Troy Mayer is a straight shooter, which made the process easier for my purchase. More importantly, however, was his follow-up after the sale. There were a couple of minor issues that had to be resolved by t easier for my purchase. More importantly, however, was his follow-up after the sale. There were a couple of minor issues that had to be resolved by the service dept, and he kept up on them and regularly updated me and checked on the status.
