Service department does not answer the phone or return messages. Left a message the night my car broke down, didn’t return the call. Called back 2 days later and left a second message after nobody answere messages. Left a message the night my car broke down, didn’t return the call. Called back 2 days later and left a second message after nobody answered. Still didn’t return the call. Finally got through to service 3 days after that and they gave me the wrong answer to my question. Called back today and they did not answer the phone again. Had to call the sales department and then the overall service manager to finally be able to talk to someone and be told they couldn’t help me with my problem and left me to foot the repair bill. More upset about the lack of response and lack of communication than the repair bill. More
