Tldr; A&T makes promises that they don't uphold and communication via text, call, and email is a nightmare. I recently purchase a vehicle from A&T Subaru. Contingent to the purchase I was promised a communication via text, call, and email is a nightmare. I recently purchase a vehicle from A&T Subaru. Contingent to the purchase I was promised a repair to a preexisting oil leak and had an appointment for service on Tuesday 2/18. My experience did not match the 'Service Timeline' card given to us at the service desk. There was no communication and no responses to text messages, phone calls, or voicemails regarding the timeline or the repair being completed for over 24 hours after the drop off. My partner and I were promised a repair to an oil leak of an unknown origin before we purchased our vehicle at A&T Subaru and this repair was a condition to the sale. Our vehicle was dropped off at 9:30 am on a Tuesday and we had to reach out 6 times over the course of two days before being given an estimated timeline for the repair. These attempts for contact included a phone call and message to a service manager, Mike, which was never returned. The first response I received was from the service consultant, Rhonda, 24 hours later and after 3 messages that I had initiated. I had to ask again for a timeline and the details on what work was being done, since we did not know and were not told the origin of the leak. The extreme lack of communication made for difficulty in the middle of a work week and planning for pick up since we live an hour from the shop, which was known to all parties. I'm really disappointed because we were very patient and had tried many times to remedy the situation with no responses. My partner and I were additionally promised a detailing to our vehicle from the salesman, Troy because the car smelled like dog and had hair covering the floor. This promise was not fulfilled. I now have to wonder if the oil repair work was done accurately or carefully, which is not a good feeling since my partner and I had just purchased the vehicle from this dealer. I cannot recommend A&T based on my experiences for purchase or repairs unless there is an apology and reparations for the mistakes. I have reached out to the A&T service manager, Jessica. The response was "I apologize for the experience you had after your purchase. I was doing a little digging and it appears that there was some miscommunication between departments." It was then offered that A&T would make good on the promise of detailing my vehicle. Months after the purchase, an hour drive, and a day off of work makes this offer not worth the effort. I suggested an alternative for 1 oil change voucher in the future which unsurprisingly has had no response. Absolutely does not live up to their mission statement of being "hands-on, customer-first, and full-service to meet each of your needs-whether you're shopping for a new Subaru car or scheduling Subaru service around Sellersville, PA." Spend your hard earned money elsewhere as this dealer is not trustworthy. More

A&T Subaru made car buying easy the staff was excellent from the salesman all the way the finance guys. Also thought it was nice they had someone come out and show us what buttons work all the features bef from the salesman all the way the finance guys.
