In for an oil change, waited in the service entrance as no one ever came out and asked if I have been helped, I walk around by the service writers area clearly lost, and again no one asks if I need help, o no one ever came out and asked if I have been helped, I walk around by the service writers area clearly lost, and again no one asks if I need help, one older gentleman wouldn't bother getting up off his stool. I was finally helped and all went well. this is my 3rd oil change, all visits to the dealership have been the same experience. More
