I first stepped foot in their showroom over a ye The team at Coral Springs has been friendly, accommodating and patient in all my dealings with them. I first stepped foot in their showroom over a year ago when I started looking at new cars. Their sales team are professional, informative and no-pressure whatsoever. They took me on several test drives since I was unsure which model I wanted (Q5 or A5) taking the time to explain the car features without being too sales pitchy. They know the cars sell themselves, but it's nice that they let you set the pace of questions, giving answers that weren't comparative, unless I asked them to compare against BMW or Mercedes. When I was closer to making a decision, Troy was really patient and showed me the vehicle in several colors and trim lines. And, when it came to the actual sales, the process was a breeze. Troy kept us apprised of every step and made sure we were comfortable. I only wish the finance manager didn't have to put us through his entire upsell spiel since we told him we didn't need any of it up front, but I get that he has to do it. Still, that's an hour of our lives we could have saved. Otherwise, the entire process from start to finish was pleasant. Since making the purchase in Nov 2017, I have taken in the car three times to this dealer and had good experience with the Service team. The issues encountered - factory scratched windshield and small ding - were dealt with appropriately and timely. My wait times at the dealer have been short and getting the the loaner car was convenient. My only wish is that the MMI were more user friendly but that's a design issue with the car rather than a dealer experience. I was relieved to find that even the Service technician had trouble with the MMI and commiserated with me on how it made his job harder. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and glad that Audi Coral Springs is my dealership. We will be buying another vehicle this year and this is the place for us. More
