I have just spent the last 35-40 minutes calling Omera Ford Northglen, just to request a simple email address for either the Finance team or the Finance Director. It took me 7-8 different phone calls and with everyone asking whats wrong and how could they help.....I told everyone of them what I wanted ....just a som[ple email addy....not one would help me, they all said let me transfer you!!!!!! So Jordan said....let me transfer you.....sent to a voice mail, called back spoke with Joey an.. I informed him I was just speaking with Jordan, so he immediately sent me to Jordan but it went back to the main phone tree!!!!!!....this happened 7 times, not just once or twice mind you.....7 times!!!!!! I guess the main lesson here is NOT to EVER call OMERA Ford and request something really simple top do, and it forced me to take the time to research it on line......This is ALL VIA the TELEPHONE....no in person VISIT More

They tried to scam me out of $13500! !!! The complete disregard for what was verbally agreed upon and the sneakiness of throwing in unnecessary and unwanted warranty crap was appalling !!! First there’s the “Aftetmath” charge for $2000. Never discussed, never mentioned. And when asked what it was it was described to me as they would pay for the vehicle if it was stolen. What? Isn’t that was insurance is for? What a joke! He was very quick to say he could remove that no problem. The worst was dealing with the finance manager. What a complete scam artist this guy was! I verbally agreed to a $30 extended warranty for $30 a month for 84 months, equaling $2520. When I looked closer, he added $10000!!!! Worth or warranty, gap insurance xxxxxxxx! When I asked how he got that number, he would never give a straight answer. To this day, I still have no clue how he came up with that number. After playing dumb and not answering my questions, he sent me to his manager. I explained the verbal agreement and how the numbers didn’t add up his only response was “didn’t you look at the numbers?”. And as I said, there was a verbal agreement that the finance manager completely ignored. Both managers were very careful not to admit fault, but were quick to say they could take it all off and that I was “on my own then”. In the end, they redid the paperwork to what I agreed upon, bringing my monthly payment down from $840 to $679. A $160 difference for 84 months!!!!! That’s unbelievable. I will be posting this story to every forum I can think of to warn others of these horrible people and the complete indifference to scam any one out of every dollar possible. Honestly Ford, I thought you were better than this. More
