DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a brand new Silverado with a mouse chewed wiring harness for the wiper fluid. After contacting them I was told they would not fix it or I purchased a brand new Silverado with a mouse chewed wiring harness for the wiper fluid. After contacting them I was told they would not fix it or make it right. I was told that it was my problem and they wouldn’t fix it. Again, this is a brand new truck. I will never do business with Zeigler ever again unless this is made right. Throughout the sales process, after the sale, and for days after I was pressured to make a positive review online. I got 12 different emails from them to do this. Here is a negative review. What is Zeigler going to do to make this right? More

Cleanliness of my new vehicle on delivery was Not acceptable. Had some scratches "fixed" by dealership at a 2nd visit, which resulted in worse paint damage. Still waiting to see how this will be reso acceptable. Had some scratches "fixed" by dealership at a 2nd visit, which resulted in worse paint damage. Still waiting to see how this will be resolved. No one took the time to go over All the functions of my car, dash, and electronics upon delivery. Management and finance team have been great so far. Cleanliness of dealership was not great. Cars in showroom were dusty and had water spots, and I saw car porters standing around doing nothing, when I was picking up my car. Meaning they should have been cleaning my car, so I could leave with a spotless "new" car. More
