I had an appointment at 8am in Monday, they said only half of their technicians showed up for work, so they needed another day. Service forgot to call me and did not return any of my calls. Three days go half of their technicians showed up for work, so they needed another day. Service forgot to call me and did not return any of my calls. Three days go by and no work done on vehicle. I had to keep calling for someone to answer the phone. Terrible customer service. Not only will I not get service done here I refuse to buy another vehicle and support them s company. More

I have been a Bowditch customer since I bought my 2013 Escape in May 2014. I traded the 2013 in for a 2022 Escape this past January. I ran over a nail last week that punctured one of my tires. I took it t Escape in May 2014. I traded the 2013 in for a 2022 Escape this past January. I ran over a nail last week that punctured one of my tires. I took it to a nearby tire company that advised me that the tire could not be repaired and said I needed to replace all four tires because of the all wheel drive feature. I called my service technician at Bowditch and explained the problem and I was told to bring my car in for them to check my tire. When I arrived all the service technicians treated me like family! And my tire was repairable...and I did not need to buy any new tires. Thank you Bowditch for being the place I have trusted to service my cars for 11 years ..and I have never been disappointed! More

They were great at diagnosing the issue but I dropped off car Thursday night to get fixed Friday, which turned into sat. Had to cancel plans Sat morning because of this. Struts shouldn’t take 24hrs to replac car Thursday night to get fixed Friday, which turned into sat. Had to cancel plans Sat morning because of this. Struts shouldn’t take 24hrs to replace. Your shuttle couldn’t be found the first day I brought car in for service. I got tired of no one knowing where it was and waited roughly 30min for it and decided to just pay for an uber. My car also smelled like oil inside when I picked it up. Not cool. More
