Had some issues with a recall, and when I brought the car in for a flat tire, I decided to look into options. It wasn’t as straightforward as I would’ve preferred at first, but the people I dealt with were in for a flat tire, I decided to look into options. It wasn’t as straightforward as I would’ve preferred at first, but the people I dealt with were all really kind and service oriented. It helped that Trevor was dealing with me personally and coordinating his team (and corporate) efforts to put my family in the best situation. In the end I was given EXACTLY what I was looking for. This experience felt very personal and working with Darcar felt like my family was treated as part of their family. I know commercials say that kind of thing, but I loved it in this experience and believe (unless something changes), my family will be Lexus for life and will specifically deal with Trevor’s dealerships and teams! Thank you to the Darcar of Englewood team especially Yoselin and Robin for going above and beyond when I needed help! You guys were all great, and another reason we are Lexus for life. More

It’s rare you do into a dealership and don’t have to worry about the overly sales-oriented agenda. They even kept the snacks flowing for my daughters. Stay away! They delivered my car with a scratch. Dealer repaired it leaving paint dull. They have had my car for almost 2 months and have not fixed. They sa They delivered my car with a scratch. Worst service Dept. Ever!! I wish I could give negative stars! More

My husband and I had a great experience here. We casually came to look at a RX 500h they had listed online in stock. My lease was coming to and end and I was unsure of what vehicle I wanted next. I had visited two other different car dealerships with no success. From the minute we walked in the door Trevor greeted us right away and introduced us to Alexander. Alexander was beyond kind and patient. He sat with us first to find out what we were looking for and took down everything we told him. We ended up buying the car that day ! We had our two year old with us and he got quite antsy towards the end but Alexander and Sean were so nice and made experience so smooth. We ended up picking the car up following week as I had to drop my lease back off to other dealership. Alexander even had us picked up from other dealership that I returned my lease to. Overall what usually is a very stressful long process was very nice. More

LEXUS OF ENGLEWOOD IS UNDER DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT than just over 3 years ago. DARCARS WISELY INTEGRATED A VETERAN FROM THEIR RANKS. It makes all the world of difference, and he's accountable. When there's issues in any industry or organization, it's usually demonstrative of the leadership, or lack thereof, at the top, and a disconnect with various parts of what the organization provides by service and/or product. At Darcars Lexus of Englewood, ALL ROADS LEAD BACK TO THEIR GENERAL MANAGER, TREVOR WARWICK. Most would have started correcting financial issues by doing what most companies and governments do first- lay off employees. I bring this up first because, currently, there's a 2% commission added onto the sale of vehicles at the dealership. Once you understand what the "fee" is for, it's reasonably justified. Employees who are bright so/should realize that MAKING THE SALE IS WHAT MATTERS. It is much more important than the any marginal difference for greed or games, as opposed to providing a customer a good deal. Mr. Warwick understands the critical necessity to BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with potential customers to develop and increase brand equity, and brand advocates. He is relatable, personable, intelligent, and an admirable leader. If you experience any deviation from that, ASK FOR HIM, and refer to this review. Having spoke with him after numerous nightmare experiences at other dealerships, and an initial communication breakdown by misinformed staff, which led to he and I speaking, within under two hours from the end of our call, through text and email, followed by another call, from him, we had a deal in principle. Why? Because Warwick did what most shortsighted managers and executives don't do: pick up the phone and ask questions in a sincere and thoughtful manner. By the end of our call, hearing and having experience from being an executive with a law degree who's skilled at reading people, and objectively negotiating for over twenty years, I wanted to empower him to make me a customer; and that's what Trevor Warwick successfully did. As I reside nearly 100 miles away from the dealership, while beginning the paperwork, Mr. Warwick had the car in for detail. It was then that I received a pleasant call from his Sales Manager, Shawn Aladhqar, to go through the numbers, have me e-sign to run my credit, and go over all documents and supplementary purchase options. Shawn is extremely effective, efficient, knowledgeable, personable, professional, and attentive. Everything was handled over the phone and via a secure network with several security measures intact to guarantee personal information is safely transmitted. Within six hours after my call with Mr. Warwick, two employees were en route to deliver my vehicle. The two gentlemen who drove for two hours arrived with a cordial, pleasant, and helpful demeanor, and had all documents that required my physical signature. They answered initial questions I had about functions on the vehicle, and couldn't have been nicer. After previously driving several Mercedes-Benz for nearly fourteen years, driving a LEXUS IS A MUCH BETTER DRIVING EXPERIENCE. It's a tranquil and luxury ride. DUE TO THE TEAM AT DARCARS Lexus of Englewood, with congenial and considerate managers, such as Mr. Aladhqar, and Mitch Patlock, I had A MUCH BETTER buying experience than at other Lexus dealerships I approached in NJ, NY, DE, and PA. I hope to be a long-time customer of Darcars. Customer acquisition is step one. Maintaining business, customers, and referrals is too often overlooked, and earned by simply following through, sending a note, making a call to check-in, and showing clients sincerity, consideration, respect, and appreciation. It's in the details, and thoughtfulness that distinguishes the best from the rest. With the thoroughness, competence, rectitude, and leadership at Darcars, led by Mr. Warwick, the "journey" should be a positive one- "don't stop believin'!" More

If buying a car from a team that you can trust throughout its lifetime is important than you have to visit this Lexus dealership. I have nearly 14 years of experience dealing with employees under his direction and I have even followed him from Maryland to New Jersey. I trust him and he cares about your buying experience and works tirelessly to ensure your buying experience is all that you hoped it would be. I am working on my 3rd Lexus from his team and know he has my best interest in mind. Give them a try and you will be happy you did. I sure of that. More
