I tried working with Van Subaru in Kansas City at first but they were hiding everything wouldn't give me breakdowns, really shady. I had Ethan Polly as my Car Sales he was great, knowledgeable about our vehicle, when I needed him to get numbers from managers he got that done, very hard worker and made the process so smooth. The sales manager was Trey and he got the numbers and breakdowns I needed with the sales taxes even though in missouri dealers don't take sales tax. The numbers were flexible and reasonable. We agreed on numbers and we went to sign with J.R., great to work with, honest about what packages we need and don't need. Honest with his prices and very educated with the statistics in the business. Also, there happened to have a mix up on the numbers on the breakdown and the buyers order, I confirmed the pricing and since the breakdown was the numbers I agreed on J.R. honored that number. They shows true integrity, it felt like they cared about their customers. They were flexible with us and very genuine with us. More
