Bought a van advertised as still under factory warranty, Trevor was great to work with. Sadly the van two days later started smoking really badly out the exhaust. Took it back to the dealer, worked with Aus Trevor was great to work with. Sadly the van two days later started smoking really badly out the exhaust. Took it back to the dealer, worked with Austin who bent over backwards to make me feel like he was helping me, they replaced a valve (we split the bill 50/50) and it seemed to solve the issue, except a week later the smoke returned worse. Returned it to Rohrman, and was told I needed the engine replaced. Started the warranty process with Toyota only to be denied a few times even after appeals and escalation. This went on for weeks. When Toyota denied the warranty, Rohrman offered to help me with the labor costs to put a new engine in the car or to trade the van in for another van for a few thousand dollar loss, plus the cost of a new van. I wanted them to take the van back, but as-is is as-is, even if you buy a car advertised with factory powertrain warranty left and it gets denied. I wasn’t asking Rohrman to take a huge loss, but it felt to me that I was losing huge in this scenario and there wasn’t much of an attempt to work with me to fix the situation. They were honestly some of the nicest people I’ve met in the industry. Too bad I had to go put an engine in the car myself and pay for it out of pocket. Maybe buying a new car here is ok, but I’m never going back to any Rohrman. Never buying Toyota again. Nice people who in the end didn’t help me. More

Trevor is a great salesman I went to Bob Rohman Toyota dealership to buy my first car in the US. The fisrt day, they (Trevor and his manager) convinced me to lease a car instead I went to Bob Rohman Toyota dealership to buy my first car in the US. The fisrt day, they (Trevor and his manager) convinced me to lease a car instead if buying, but they couldn’t give me a good deal. That day I left but I was impressed with the way Trevor treated me and fought on my behalf to give me a good deal. A day after, I found a car that I really liked (read it l really loved) almost with a good deal but in another dealership (Bob Rohrman Honda) and unfortunately it was a bit higher than my budget for down payment. I texted Trevor if he can sell me that car as well, because I was pretty sure he would do his best to give me my dream car and fight for me. We talked for a while and he assured me he would give me a car with the same features and a suitable deal according to my budget. And he finally gave me a car... It is not my dream car (or even with the same features) or the deal is not the one I was looking for, but I always trusted him since he showed me he is a friend of mine and fights for me. I always trusted him and felt like I have a new friend who gives me great advices to make my decision. More
