Finally a dealership that lives up to what a luxury dealership should be. I’ve worked with most luxury dealerships and Genesis was still behaving like a typical volume mid-market service level in both dealership should be. I’ve worked with most luxury dealerships and Genesis was still behaving like a typical volume mid-market service level in both the Dallas market and in Lenexa when I moved. Great experience with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and teamed up with Peter. He was amazing to work with and very knowledgeable about the GV80 coupe we purchase We were greeted as soon as we walked in and teamed up with Peter. He was amazing to work with and very knowledgeable about the GV80 coupe we purchased. After signing he spent over half an hour explaining and going through all the technology with my wife and I to get us more equated with the new vehicle. The service department was very efficient and courteous. My only complaint was that a problem that should have been fixed while in the service was not, which meant another trip in to fix it. However they immediately offered a valet pick up to bring the car back which was very helpful. More
