Trent is transparent, honest, and knowledgeable on many vehicle brands. We have bought multiple vehicles from Trent and will continue to utilize him in purchasing another vehicle for our last soon to be driver. My only complaint with Corwin is the time it takes to finance. It typically takes 2-3 hours which is insane being we are in 2025. I love that all the paperwork is completed and there are little to no to mistakes (difficult first name), but I like not living in a dealership more. Would be awesome if the finance process could be spend up and only take an hour to an hour thirty max. More

It seems they don't know how to change oil my car that I bought had oil on the undercarriage from a sloppy oil change and they did not secure the fairing back under the car. If I would have saw that before bought had oil on the undercarriage from a sloppy oil change and they did not secure the fairing back under the car. If I would have saw that before I bought the car I would have reneged on the deal !! So I buy a 2023 Honda and need to get under it and degrease the bottom of the car, Nice work getting the car detailed . you would think that cleaning that mess up under the car was service 101 ? I like the car but don't think I would use them for repairs,letting a car out of the shop with oil dripping from it is sloppy work at best ! O yeah they said it would burn off don't worry!! More
