Good Afternoon Mr.Kaufman, We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately, this review is unfair and does not reflect the full story and how we got to this point. The first time you brought in your vehicle for us to address the screen issue, you did not have an appointment. We did our best to try to see what was going on without having to do a diagnostic test. Once it was determined that we could not identify an issue and fix the screen, a diagnostic appointment was scheduled for you. From the diagnostic test, it was determined that the vehicle needed a VFH, which is covered under warranty. Unfortunately, we did not have the part needed in stock, so one had to be ordered. A third visit/follow up appointment is necessary to install the part that was ordered in attempt to find a solution and fix your vehicle. Lastly, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible and some things are just out of our control. Your service advisor spent quite some time trying to provide you with a solution to have at least one of your screens working in your vehicle for your daughter. It is unfair to say that the department is horrible when our team has done their best to help. We apologize that you feel this way and as a consolation for all of your trips, our service manager would like to fill up your gas tank when you come in for your next appointment. I believe the VFH that was ordered came in today. We hope that once installed it fixes the issue you are having with your vehicles screens.

Well let rewind we purchased the vehicle on a Saturday they noticed the passenger stepside was working. They asked us to leave it to replace the battery. So we did i was supposed to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday at 1630. I did not leave the dealership till 1830 that tueday. They person thatbwas working on it left and Andrew the sells peraon had to go help get the vehicle ready. Then we found out the TV didnt work. They were thinking it might have had something to due with the battery. Andrew trried to fix it and couldnt. The service department tried for a couple of hours to get it to work on a a couple of hours and thought they had one TV fixed. Well they did there best and it didnt work. So then i had to take it back to have them to try and figure out what is wrong. They are hoping they figured it out and now I am bring it back maody for hopefully repairs. My opinion is if you are going sell a new vehicle then before you actually place it on the lot you might want to make sure everything works. The principal is if you are going to pay that kind of movey for something you expect for it to work. Then if you ask for some type of compensation for all the times we have been there i get told noting we can do. A manager disnt even call to say we are sorry of the issues we wnat to make it gets corrected. Its also just on the springdale doge i have also had an issue at the Bentonville doge when i took a vehicle in
