After the delivery Marc went the extra mile to make sure I knew how to work all the wonderful safety & IT features of my new Telluride & called several times to see if I had any questions. Amanda went out of her way to get me the vehicle I wanted and the one I needed. We discussed all of my options and vehicles she thought would fit my lifestyle. Excellent customer service! I can’t say enough about the care & concern shown to me during my entire car purchasing experience. Jesse really listened to what I wanted/needed. I feel that both Jesse & Eric went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable with each decision I made. I did not feel pressured in the least rather I felt supported. The financing experience was seamless & the gentleman was very knowledgeable & able to answer & address all of my questions/concerns. Every staff member I came in contact with was helpful & pleasant. Amanda was a big help with connecting my phone & answering some general “how to” questions. I definitely felt like the entire staff was working as a team to ensure a great experience.
