Miracles do happen!! I recently had a HUGE health issue which turned my life & finances upside down. Things were getting pretty rough to say the least. I was not feeling t I recently had a HUGE health issue which turned my life & finances upside down. Things were getting pretty rough to say the least. I was not feeling too optimistic about getting out of my existing car payment to help me save some money but I knew I needed to make some major changes in my budget. I have always been treated extremely well at Mike Murphy KIA, so when I was ready to change my vehicle situation, I went straight to them for help. I enjoy doing business with this bunch of people. They are AWESOME to say the least. I met briefly with Mike Murphy, Jr. yesterday and he heard my situation but gave me hope and assurance that their dealership would take good care of me. I was asked to return this morning and talk to them. My salesman, Karl Thomas had helped me with a purchase 4 years ago and he actually helped me again today!! He is so friendly, genuine and honest. He tells it like it is. No silly game playing. He took me to see Joshua Kato who did the initial paperwork and showed me my new vehicle. He was so pleasant and gave a personal testimony of how he loves his car (which is the same make & model). Afterward I was sent for the final details to be sealed up with Eric Cabrera. He was extremely efficient and explained all the details. Such nice customer service. I was totally finished within 2 & a half hours & I was stunned!! These guys know their stuff and totally took care of all my needs. I am now in a beautiful & upgraded brand new KIA Rio, my payments were lowered and I am as happy as can be!! On a side note, I mentioned that I am seeking more work to fill in the gaps and Mr. Chase Rogers came over with a phone number for me to call an affiliate of his. Now, this is what "community" means. Wow!! Thank you Mike Murphy KIA. Miracles do happen!! More

Well I am here to let everyone know that I made a phone call to Kenny on 08/22/2019 I did as he requested and the ball rolled from that point on. The entire staff was very helpful and did not stop until I had an approved loan. This is the most upfront dealership and exceptional knowledge of there product and customer service is the best I have had since leaving California in 2004. You have gain my business forever. Let's get a New Edition on the road So i saw the commercial in the Superbowl. A Kia Stinger. Did the research and decided to get one. Mike Murphy had the exact auto I wanted. BUT... Made me a little shy from such a large purchase. Why not.. it looks nice and reviews were stacking up. Bought the car! Love it! And they have helped me through any small, large or odd situation I thought to be looked at with this vehicle. They have assisted me with many upgrades.
