I had a very poor experience. It started with not being informed of my lease expiration date. I had it on my mind so I took action and went to the dealership. The first sales guy It started with not being informed of my lease expiration date. I had it on my mind so I took action and went to the dealership. The first sales guy took me back to finance and Joshua was starting to go through document signing. I didn’t understand the process of buy back or trade in. Once Josh realized I wasn’t going to sign the documents, he grabbed a sales guy. The 2nd guy explained the value of the truck. It was about 37,500 after registration and taxes. He showed me some rates and told me these are not prime rates but this is a ball park of what it would cost you to finance through Brent brown. I was shown a 586 payment for that 37,500 that would be financed. I asked the sales guy if there were finance charges or any additional fees. He said no. He went to go check with financing and when he came back, he told me those were prime rates. I was in the hot seat so I wasn’t thinking clearly but 5.5% interest for 8 years isn’t 586. I didn’t realize at the time of sale but they baked in $4000 in costs. Part of that I was aware of when talking with Josh. He sold me an extended warranty. At the end of the day, I was lied to many times by different individuals. Josh lied several times when discussing the financial documents but it is my word against his. When I left the office, I immediately realized I was taken advantage of and called Josh. We spent an hour on the phone going in circles until he was finally honest with me. He told me they wouldn’t have done the transaction without me spending that extra 4K. Josh was “told” by the 2nd salesman to kick me out if I wasn’t interested in the upgraded charges. I wanted to cancel the transaction but Josh told me there is no cooldown period in UT so I’m stuck and cannot do anything about it. Ultimately, I will never shop with Brent Brown again. This experience is so awful that it still makes me livid thinking about it. I feel powerless and like I was taken advantage of. This survey reminds me that I need to leave this review everywhere possible. More

The salesmen that we worked with were very nice and took everything we wanted into consideration. However when it came time to signing the paperwork, they weren’t clear on the final numbers and tried to be everything we wanted into consideration. However when it came time to signing the paperwork, they weren’t clear on the final numbers and tried to be sneaky. Not only that but they gave us a loan through a certain bank but a few days later found out they went through a completely different bank! So in the end our total cost was way more than they told us it was and our loan was through a completely different bank then they told us when signing… very frustrating More
