I have been a loyal customer of Schomp Honda for years and have purchased several new and used vehicles from them. Until 2023, my experience was consistently a 10/10 — best in the business, and I recommen and have purchased several new and used vehicles from them. Until 2023, my experience was consistently a 10/10 — best in the business, and I recommended them without hesitation. Unfortunately, my experience surrounding the purchase and service of my 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid (June 2023) was so poor that I ultimately cut all ties with Schomp in August 2025. At delivery, there was a clear defect in the right front passenger seat foam, documented with photos and confirmed by a senior service representative. I accepted delivery based on a verbal commitment that the seat would be replaced. What followed was more than two years of delays, mistakes, and failed repairs. • Parts were not ordered when promised • Incorrect parts were ordered • The seat was disassembled without all required components on hand • The seat was reassembled poorly, with internal components visibly exposed • I was required to bring the car back three separate times • The final result left the seat in worse condition than when I purchased the vehicle Compounding this, during a separate routine service visit, I agreed to a price-matched tire replacement after Schomp provided a written comparison. I was then charged full price — nearly $100 more than agreed. Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations over several months, the refund was delayed and disputed, even after documentation was provided. After years of loyalty, the lack of accountability, follow-through, and basic respect was truly shocking. What was once an exemplary dealership became one I can no longer trust or recommend. This review is written with genuine disappointment. I never expected my relationship with Schomp Honda to end, much less this way. Special shout-out (and reason for two stars vs one) to Rick Duvall, my service rep, who was a dedicated advocate and became a trusted friend during this two-year ordeal. Note that my service ratings below are for the "not seat replacement" experience. More

Schomp Honda offered the best price in town. They offered a very high price for the trade as well. Very nice and friendly environment, they even have a very nice and lovely playroom for kids. The most extraordinary experience we have had thus far was the privilege to work with Craig Combs. He is, by far, the best of the professionals. Craig is a personable, thoughtful, and dedicated professional who goes exceedingly above and beyond the call of duty.
