Travis is always friendly, helpful and prompt. He should get a raise for sure. Would like to see you hire someone to wash the cars again though...that was a big reason for bringing my vehicles in for an oil get a raise for sure. Always had good luck with the dealership. My last service appointment was a little disappointing as I had to take my car in once for diagnostic even when I explained my problem. Then I had to take it in agai appointment was a little disappointing as I had to take my car in once for diagnostic even when I explained my problem. Then I had to take it in again once they ordered parts. On the second trip they called me late in the afternoon to tell me they needed another day, then on the second day they called late in the afternoon to tell me they needed more time but had a loaner available. It just seemed the communication level could have been better throughout the process as the lack of communication lead me to replan my day several times. The repairs were great however once completed. More
