This was a fast, efficient, and friendly service appointment. The multi-point inspection provided useful data for upcoming service needs. Excellent customer service. Travis has always taken great care of me, keeping me informed about what my RDX needs to have done but never upselling or anything like that. I have had the same issue with my car for over 2 years and Courtesy has tried to fix it and has been unsuccessful. I have never asked for special treatment or given attitude, but received some from the se and Courtesy has tried to fix it and has been unsuccessful. I have never asked for special treatment or given attitude, but received some from the service manager when asking for it to be fixed this last go round. The vehicle is still under 100K miles and less than 10yrs old so still under some warranties. The car is still NOT fixed. I do appreciate all they have done to try to help, but I just want the car fixed...at this point it is un-sellable & embarrassing to drive. More
