I usually dread the “salesiness” of it all, but from the moment we walked in, Travis made it clear that we were in the driver’s seat (pun intended). He let us take the lead, never once pressuring us into something beyond our wants or budget. It was refreshing to feel heard and respected throughout the entire process. Equally as impressive was Alex, our F&I representative. As someone leasing a vehicle for the first time, I had a lot of questions and some nerves, but Alex was fantastic! He took the time to walk us through every detail, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and ensuring I felt completely comfortable with the process. His support and clarity made all the difference. Finally, our delivery tech Daunte M. was the icing on the cake.
