Dealer doesn’t adhere to their safety point inspections. Had a torn air intake boot that they should’ve seen as they were doing an oil change, including filter checks, or they damaged it and said nothing. T Had a torn air intake boot that they should’ve seen as they were doing an oil change, including filter checks, or they damaged it and said nothing. Took my family on a road trip (1000+ miles) only to have the fuel injectors fail due to improper fuel/air ratio from torn intake boot. Thankfully another Honda dealer did the proper inspection and found the issue. Cost me $2,500 to have the repairs done so we could travel back home. Complete lack of thoroughness by Hill Country Honda. You should be able to trust a dealership to do what they say they are going to do. Will be taking my vehicle somewhere else from now on. More
