My recent attempts to rectify this deficiency with their management team have been met with a lack of accountability that reflects their current service standards. ​Prospective buyers should be aware that my experience with their "current team" involves: ​Non-compliance: Failure to address a documented statutory refund deficiency. ​Service Standards: A breakdown in professional communication regarding consumer rights. ​Recent Interaction: These issues remain active and unresolved as of Feb 27, 2026, well within the last 12 months. ​I have maintained a clear evidence summary of these deficiencies. I urge the dealership to prioritize statutory compliance and consumer transparency to resolve this matter. More
