The dealership took much too long to complete the repairs. They did not take into account that I was only in town for a week for the repair even though I called daily to express the urgency needed. In the end, I had to make other inconvenient arrangements to get the car and make payment through others since I was away by the time the car repair was done. I was very dissatisfied. More

Bought a warranty $3600 told blower motor wouldn’t be fixed . Almost wrecked in a snow storm with 2 of my three kids in a 4yr old truck . Including a 9 month old . Gave me run around . Got the truck for an appointment 11;00 day prior for a 9am appointment next day . Didn’t touch it till 2hrs they closed day after ,2:30pm … seemed I wasn’t valued or treated with any respect buying a 38k truck . Not one person was decent but the desk ladies that were super nice . Overall I’d never come back . This is second bad run in with them since my last Sierra denali issues More

The dealership was quick to help and schedule an appointment which gave me the sense that they would be helpful. They hooked up the check engine plug and saw that it’s the coolant valve. When it came time for the appointment I dropped off at 745am and they asked when I needed the vehicle back and I said end of day or sooner. They also mentioned I needed an alignment and they would send me a quote in the text messages. Around 345pm I received a text telling me that it’s the coolant valve that needs to be fixed and it would be ready the next day. I was immediately confused because I assumed from the previous conversation that it would be ready in a couple hours. They said they couldn’t do anything today that I could reschedule to get it taken care of. This was upsetting because I had already made this appointment to get it taken care of. I asked about the alignment and they quoted me and said they could do that the next days as well. I reluctantly agreed. The next day came, I didn’t hear anything so around noon I texted and asked for an update. I was sent a message that my car was ready for pick up. I wasn’t able to get there until end of day and when I arrived they said I didn’t owe anything (the valve was under warranty) and when I asked about the alignment they said it wasn’t done and that I could come back another time to get it taken care of. I was extremely upset and surprised considering it was agreed upon in the text messages. She said they were busy and only had one bag open for that. I feel like there was a huge lack in effective communication and I will not be using this dealerships services again. More
