We had a recall and a 40K inspection. The call center (new) would not pick up the phone. When I contacted the service manager, I was told loaner vehicles were 1st come, 1st served. We The call center (new) would not pick up the phone. When I contacted the service manager, I was told loaner vehicles were 1st come, 1st served. We live >1 1/2 hours away. The recall was not our choice. The recall took more than a day’s work. We called a month in advance. We were told that we would receive a call a day before our appointment to confirm a loaner availability. Never received a call. We called in and were finally able to speak to the person in charge of loaners. Eugene. We were not on the list for loaners! But he said it would not be a problem. When a customer walks into the Service Department with an appointment and sits down, there is no recognition of the individual. At a minimum, a ‘hello, we’ll be right with you.’ Is what customer service requires. We understand that it is busy but such civility helps the customer endure a 20 minute wait. We have no complaints with our service rep, Travis, and the communication. More
