My name is Tracy Poland, I'm from Buna, Texas. I have been in Toyota Sales for 8 years, however I owned my own business for 14 years prior to becoming a Toyota Sales Consultant. I got an excellent deal on a 2022 Tacoma SR Double Cab with 8,529 miles. I ended up with the off-road package, LED headlights, running boards and nice rims, extra wide mud grappler tires, Toyota Safety Se with 8,529 miles. I ended up with the off-road package, LED headlights, running boards and nice rims, extra wide mud grappler tires, Toyota Safety Sense with automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection and lane departure warning. I was pleased with the styling and features of my new truck however the rear door speakers aren't working properly and I haven't had time to confront anyone about the issue yet. I was a little bummed out to realize that I was getting a 4 cylinder but I'm getting around 22 mpg. All and all the truck is more than capable for what I need it for and it's my first truck, so hooray me! I appreciate Tracy for being such a kind and reasonable sales woman. Many other dealerships stuck me with 14-18% APR when Silsbee Toyota gave me 11% on my first car then 8% on my 2nd vehicle. These guys are much better than other dealerships in the area. Other dealerships told me the banks declined financing when those same banks offered financing at Silsbee Toyota. I've grown very sceptical of the business practices some dealerships are doing because I've been treated much better here and my credit score has always been low around 670-700. I wouldn't say every encounter at Silsbee Toyota has been positive but I'd go here before anywhere else. Just check their inventory online for good deals. More
