When I made the appointment I stated I needed new tires so give me a quote. Why wasn't I given the quote prior to the appointment so if I wanted tires they could have been installed that day? I dropped the Jeep off in the morning and left it there all day. When I went to pick it up I was told I needed new rear brakes, once again why was I not told of this before I picked up so the new brakes could have been installed that day. Now I did receive a call in the morning telling me my battery was bad and did I want a six hundred dollar replacement ? Really for that kind of money I can buy four Interstate batteries. More
