I came in 4/6/13 to meet my mom who purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger from Billy and decided to get an oil change. Billy scheduled the oil service for me, later he gave it to me free due my referral of my Dodge Avenger from Billy and decided to get an oil change. The Service Manager, (Sean) I believe (or guy who worked the drive in desk for service center on that day) was a good help, I mentioned that I wanted to buy a land range rover and he gave me his take from his personal experience with one. I decided to trade my car (kia sportage) in on 4/7/13 --Billy wasnt there, but Tracy was and he assisted my husband and myself with purchasing a new 2014 Kia Sorento. I am so happy with this service as I had recently had bad experience from my prior visit with financing of an extended warranty with this same dealership. So glad, I didnt give up on Kia Franklin as it did pay off big time. More

Tracy and Tim exceeded every expectation we had when purchasing an optima for our daughter as her high school graduation present! We had not planned to buy for at least another month, but we found a gr purchasing an optima for our daughter as her high school graduation present! Good dealership but tried to slip in an extended warranty for $2,500.00 that was on top of their warranty for 60/60. It was never mentioned until seen papers in final process....need to watch out for this pl for $2,500.00 that was on top of their warranty for 60/60. We had a fabulous experience from tne time we walked on the lot until the time we drove our new Sorrento home! I especially appreciated the fact that both Alex and Tracy spoke directly to me just as much a the lot until the time we drove our new Sorrento home! Like most of you, I have dealt with a lot of car sales organizations. The entire team at Carnival Kia Franklin that I dealt with, from GM Tracy, to the fabulous Kurt Lytle, to Tim and Tabitha in Finance, organizations. The entire team at Carnival Kia Franklin that I dealt with, from GM Tracy, to the fabulous Kurt Lytle, to Tim and Tabitha in Finance, and finally to the supreme Anya in Service, was nothing short of exemplary. In fact, I will put it this way; I felt more like I was at a family reunion than at a car dealership. The best part of all was Tracy and Kurt made good on a promise of some service that was a few weeks "post-sale", and this has NOT been my experience when dealing with other dealerships that were also "great guys" - up until the sale. I should add that they are dealing in as good a car make as any these days. Kia today truly is like Honda was in the 80's: a price, product and service unmatched, whereas Honda is now clearly years beyond their peak in those areas. I will be dealing with these guys as long as I live in Middle Tennessee- and maybe afterwards! More

Had a great experience! Art was very informative and knowledgable about what he was telling me. I felt no pressure and they tended to my needs and my wants. I originally went online and filled out the credit application to see if I would qualify for a loan. Within a few minutes I received an email from Jonathan Underwood asking me to give him more info application to see if I would qualify for a loan. Within a few minutes I received an email from Jonathan Underwood asking me to give him more info about what I was interested in way of a vehicle. I called the phone # he provided in the email and left him a vmail msg to please return my call. Within a very few minutes Jonathan called me and we discussed what I might be interested in. He said he would check on the credit application I had submitted. Within a few minutes I received a call from Tabatha and informed me I had qualified for a car loan. I told her I did not have plans for the afternoon & would drive up to Franklin and ask for Jonathan. I introduced myself to Jonathan as soon as I got the dealership and immediately felt like he was someone I had known for a long time. I am a single female and having to go thru the process of buying a vehicle is very stressful, however, Jonathan made me feel at ease and explained the whole process of selecting a vehicle. After we discussed what I might be needing in a new car, he told me either the Forte or Soul would probably meet the needs I have in everyday use. After discussing with Tracy Davis we decided the Forte would be my best option price-wise. Jonathan brought the car to be and we went over every inch of the vehicle. He told me things about the Forte that I had no idea existed such as the breakaway connections for the motor in case of a head-on collision. This immediately made me feel much more safer and I knew this was the car I was looking for. After we took a test-drive there was no doubt this was the car I wanted. While taking the test-drive, Jonathan went over all the features in the interior and allowed me to drive the car. Jonathan was so undestanding and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. This experience has help change my outlook on the whole process of buying a new car. I have told my friends about Jonathan and advised them to go to Carnival Kia and ask for Jonathan. I will definitely look forward to any further needs I might have in the future and will definitely go back to Carnival Kia in Franklin. I appreciate Jonathan's salesmanship but more importantly his personality and the fact he made me feel like I was the most special customer he had ever had. More
