Let me say that from the first call from the online sales representative Jennifer I knew I found a great dealership! They are very professional and answered all my questions. The entire team made the experience exceptional! I arrived at 4:45 and was ready to drive away by 6:15! A true record. Robert Barringer my salesman was patient and professional. He took the time to show me the in's and out's of the vehicle, making sure I knew the vehicle before I drove off lot! Tim Pellicano was not your typical manager. Absolutely no pressure at all! He had a very professional attitude when it came to numbers and never pressured me at all! Great manager and customer service! Tracy in finance was phenomenal! She made the financial paper part of the deal very stress free! Relaxing atmosphere in her office and very professional! She took the time to explain all the paperwork and made it very easy! Great dealership and a great team I dealt with today! I definitely will send my friends and family to them! More
