They had my new car 13 days. Said it was good to go. Still needed new battery - had it 2 more days. Husband picked up car - my phone will not connect. Radio does not work. If this service department knows anything - you would think by now they would have my car working. August 13 - service person called me. I told her all the problems - she said she needed to make a phone call - would call me right back. It is now almost noon next day - no call. My feeling is - the service department is totally incompetent. I used to love my car - now I wish I had never bought it. I’m sure I will never buy another car from this dealership - and maybe never a Lexus‼️ More
