We are from New York driving an RV towing a Jeep Cherokee. Our travels took us to Richmond, VA. Excellent advice as it turned out! We called immediately and the live voice of Ash answered the phone. She recommended coming right in and someone would look at it. We couldn’t be happier with the service and attention we received from Tracy and Brent in the Maintenance Department. As busy as they were they were able to work us in with the possibility of having to leave it for a couple of days. That’s when Margaret stepped in from the Sales Department to help us in case we needed a rental car. As it turned out Brent discovered the problem and it was fixed and we were able to be on our way! We sincerely appreciate the efficiency, friendliness and support we received from all the personnel we encountered at Whitten Brothers.
