This is my 3rd New Car from this Dealership in 10yrs. I went from 2-Mirage's to now the Outlander Sport. The payments are not much more then what I paid for the Mirage and I was happy about that. But the BEST part of this Sale was Salesman Torre Kohl delivering the car to my home and signing the paperwork there and driving my 2018 Mirage back to the Dealership for the trade-in. My daughter, who was pre-approved for a loan, stopped and wanted to buy a car. First of all, they wouldn’t let her test drive it on the highway which was the first red flag. Then TORRE KOHL pressured her to wanted to buy a car. First of all, they wouldn’t let her test drive it on the highway which was the first red flag. Then TORRE KOHL pressured her to try and run her credit when all she had to do was pick up a check from her bank and come back the next day and purchase the car. When she said no several times he got the finance manager to come out and start on her. They wanted her to finance the car through them under duress and pay that loan off with the check from her bank. She left and called me crying. I told her to find a car somewhere else. This is illegal and you guys made her extremely uncomfortable and I plan on blasting you to everyone I possibly can. Shame on you both. More
