I had a great experience with this dealership till I got to the financial kid. I told him 3 times I did not want their warranty we signed paperwork on a screen. To be honest thought numbers were too night. to the financial kid. I told him 3 times I did not want their warranty we signed paperwork on a screen. To be honest thought numbers were too night. However, I did not see paperwork till today. They charged me $4500.00 for warranty which matched my down payment. To be fair I did not discover this till 9 months later as paperwork was done on digital screen folded put in envelope. What makes me mad is That I said repeatedly I did not want. Guys look at your paperwork very careful they will screw you! No way warranty matches my downpayment. More

As long as we live in the DFW area and need a vehicle (or need our Ford vehicles serviced) we won't go anywhere else. The sales team at Bill Utter Ford has always treated my wife and me with respect and helped us with our purchase.
