We had a sudden, major issue with our 2016 Volvo X90, this week, and Torie, in service, was extraordinary. She got someone to look at and repair our car,immediately and knowing that my day was filled wi this week, and Torie, in service, was extraordinary. It was a refreshing change and wonderful experience to have a woman take charge and talk me through the process. It was expensive but in Torie’s able hands, I knew all would be well and it was…that day! More
