Thank you Hector! I came to this dealership to check out some options and Hector Soto was the guy helping me. He was great at identifying my needs and wants in a new vehicle. But once the other managers got involved (one of whom is named Tony?) I got overwhelmed and needed to walk away. Well the managers got an attitude and really turned up the pressure by trying to belittle me. Hector was the one who was tried to be understanding. His thoughtfulness is the only reason I came back to this dealership a week later (with my dad as back up to deal with the managers), and I drove away with my Corolla! If it wasn't for him, I probably would have walked away with something I couldn't afford and didn't want. Thanks Hector! More

After a huge research I decided to purchase a used Toyota Prius Under the Uber Financial Program, Mr Abner Elidor is in charge of the Uber Financial After a huge research I decided to purchase a used Toyota Prius Under the Uber Financial Program, Mr Abner Elidor is in charge of the Uber Financial program and after spending a lot of time working the deal with the banks Because my credit is horrible I was able to buy the car, Only four stars because the whole process had a tense Moments and some bumpy situations due to the frustration of the sales team trying to find an approval ( this is the short story). but at the end of the day they apologies and they make it happens, Overall experience was Very good.
