ALSO the charging about MSRP is ABSURD! Not to mention charging me a PREMIUM for items such as 4 years of maintenance, 5 years of roadside assistance etc etc meanwhile its already included into the MSRP (toyoguard platinum). JUST NASTY BUSINESS!! I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY HERE LET ALONE SHOP HERE! More

I have been a loyal Toyota owner for over 30 years, but after dealing with Phillips Toyota, I am done. The sales people don’t listen, they use deceptive advertising in order to get you in, and then they pr after dealing with Phillips Toyota, I am done. In my case, it was $11,000 over the advertised price. I walked out and will never return. I can certainly live without Toyota or any Phillips dealership. This salesman walked up to me and said that if I wanted to purchase the vehicle I would have to pay $10K OVER MSRP for the vehicle. Then he laughed and walked off. He wouldn’t even answer any of my questions. My family has purchased MANY of their previous vehicles from this dealership but NEVER again. Let me tell anyone who is reading this post what’s going on in the car industry right now. We are slowly coming out of a lack of inventory crunch do to the pandemic but inventory levels are getting back to where they used to be pre COVID. So these car dealers want you to believe that you have to pay OVER MSRP if you want a vehicle. I assure that’s not true. Just wait a little bit. Don’t fall for Tony Vieros nonsense. Remember, he has been in the business a long time and has trained these salesman to be the liars that they are. They are trained to manipulate a prospective customer. Their job is to get as much money as possible out of you. Do you think that they care about customer retention? They don’t. What they care about is profit. So save yourself a headache and a lot of money and travel a short distance to another Toyota dealership who actually does appreciate your business. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! More
