nteresting experience at this Dealership. This Dealership offered my husband 19000 for his 2019 SUV a few weeks ago. They offered me 24000 for my 2023 SUV today. Cars depreciate, but they don This Dealership offered my husband 19000 for his 2019 SUV a few weeks ago. They offered me 24000 for my 2023 SUV today. Cars depreciate, but they don't depreciate that fast. Offered below KBB, once I decided I wasn't going to take their lame deal, they were rude and unfriendly. Not sure sure if it was a race or gender issue, but I found out it interesting they were willing to give him above kbb for his trade and below kbb for mine. More

The only reason we bought a car here was because of Tony Valentine. His attention to helping us was the best from any dealers I have worked with in buying a car. Tony Valentine of Hagerstown Honda is the type of car dealer we all need and deserve. When I arrived at Hagerstown Honda to look for my new car, I was driving a 2008 Accord. I had been driving it fo dealer we all need and deserve. When I arrived at Hagerstown Honda to look for my new car, I was driving a 2008 Accord. I had been driving it for almost 17 years. I needed to be educated on what was available in newer cars. The computerization of current models was all new to me. Tony not only introduced me to the newer cars, but after I made my selection, he patiently explained and demonstrated the computerized system of my new CRV. Tony recognized that so much information was overwhelming, so he offered to reteach and redemonstrate any areas of difficulty. He told me that as I enjoyed driving my new CRV, I was to write down any questions or concerns and we would schedule future lessons as necessary. I also ordered some accessories for my new CRV. Some of the accessories needed to be ordered. When they arrived, Tony offered to stop by my home to deliver and install. That was so much more than I ever expected, and it was very appreciated.
