I bought a 2024 4 Runner in February after my car was totaled in an accident. Dealing with Tony the first time was what car buying should be! Complete transparency.. There were many features that were standard in my Honda that were not on my 4 Runner. When the conveyed that to Tony, Tony called me. I was TRULY NOT EXPECTING the dealership to do anything. I had already purchased the car and I thought they would forget about me. To my surprise.. Tony called me a week later with a forerunner that had all the amenities I wanted.. but not the predator package I wanted. He and Shawn went to great lengths to assure me they could do the customizations to give me what I want within my budget. I trusted him already so the decision was simple! Trade mine in and let them complete the customizations! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT CAR BUYING SHOULD BE LIKE!! this is exactly why I purchased 2 forerunners within 4 months.
