I interacted with everyone from the finance team, to management to the vehicle registration dept to the customs dept and EVERY SINGLE PERSON was professional, kind, knowledgeable and courteous. I had an issue with the car that they found while doing my regular service visit, which is something I financially was not ready for since we just came back from a big vacation. When I explained my situation to our service advisor Justin Michela, he did his best to help me out to get the job done at a rate I can afford. Since my husband was getting his car serviced, he gave him the regular service discount and he was very transparent about the wait times for both services. It was an excellent experience overall.
