Adrien was phenomenal. Yer was very accommodating and seamed to do whatever he could do to meet our needs. He wasn't pushy like other salesman, he was easy going and did whatever he could to make our decision as easy as possible could do to meet our needs. We worked with Rayvon, Stephanie, and Dzmitry. Every one of them treated us like gold and not like a number. Rayvon took our list of the features we were looking for in our new vehicle and found Every one of them treated us like gold and not like a number. Rayvon took our list of the features we were looking for in our new vehicle and found one on your lot that we hadn't noticed. He and Dzmitry worked up a wonderful deal for us. Stephanie loaned us her computer to apply for the loan. Then Dzmitry made one more adjustment to the purchase, and it was a deal. Tony walked us through the financing portion quickly and professionally, and he made us laugh through it all. It was very hard for me to let go of my 2010 VW Golf TDI; this team made sure I was thrilled with my 2024 VW Taos. Thank you, everyone! More
