They had a $12k dealer discount listed with a used truck. I lived an hour away so when I called I asked what the catch was. I was told on the phone by Ryan and from Tony after I got there that the discount w I lived an hour away so when I called I asked what the catch was. After signing a ton of paperwork they came back saying I didn’t qualify for the discount. Huh? The dealer discount was only if I traded a 2021 on newer vehicle and financed through them. I was lied to by two salesmen to get me interested in the truck. I was livid. More

Buying experience was good, but the vehicle required warranty work in first two weeks. Had to wait for a loaner vehicle a couple days, but got it in for service. This was the best car dealership we have ever experienced in purchasing a car! Patriot has the best employees from the salesmen to the finance dept to the service center. Our experience was the best and if t in purchasing a car! Patriot has the best employees from the salesmen to the finance dept to the service center. Our experience was the best and if there were more than 5 stars to rate, they would have more stars! Tony was an amazing salesman to ask us what we needed in a car, one are must haves and what are it’s okay if we don’t have. He asked our budget and payment we can pay. There was no pressure into a car we didn’t need or could afford. He showed us only the cars within the means we requested. Once we found the car, Tab worked the financial aspect of it. This car was for our college age daughter and her first time buying her own car. Tab made sure she understood all the contracts she was saying, she understood the legal language and the definitions of car financing before she signed any paper. He treated her as if his own daughter was buying a car and she knew what she was doing. We are truly blessed and excited about this sale and wish they could’ve traded our jeep for two car sale but we got the one we definitely needed and will be back! More
