They provided a CarFax which detailed extensive service records. Tony Ramirez was pleasant and knowledgeable, available to answer questions when we needed him but not pushy or overbearing. After we purchased the car they gave the vehicle a decent cleaning and vacuuming, better than some local ford dealerships I've dealt with. My only feedback, for which I did not deduct stars, give your car buyer a full tank of gas. More
