I had a problem with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been repaired incorrectly by another dealer. Johnnie Medina, my service advisor,worked over and beyond to get my car diagnosed correctly. The service department of this dealership is not helpful at all. On a previous review someone used the word(s) fraud, lying, scam. I agree 100%.
