Expressed interest in a vehicle online, received a call soon after from Maia, she took some info and got me a time set aside to meet with Trey. When I arrived, Trey greeted me by name and had the vehicle soon after from Maia, she took some info and got me a time set aside to meet with Trey. When I arrived, Trey greeted me by name and had the vehicle set up front and ready to go. He explained the vehicle and set me off for a test drive. Had a trade in, got some bad news on the CEL it had, Tony gave me a fair deal on it considering the issue. Teka in finance was great to deal with. The detail dept got me prepped in good time too. After all was agreed on, Trey explained the options and tech in the vehicle. I had been buying and driving a domestic brand for decades and have never had a dealership experience as good as what I had at Jim White Honda. The CRV I got is top notch too. Thanks to all at Jim White Honda! More
