He came in on his day off to show us the car we drove over an hour to see and not once made us feel like he was rushing us! Rick and Tony(manager) did everything- from crunching numbers to explaining extended warranty options, to getting us a car we loved at a price we loved, there was no running back and forth to a man behind the curtain who made the choices, everything was decided right in front of us!
