I bought the car unseen. After it was delivered, I decided I didn't want it and asked to have it returned. I was told all sales are final. No where in the documents is this stated. After several attempts to return the car, I was given the S.O.L. treatment by the salesman and general manager. This experience with Findlay has left me cold and abandoned. By far the worst purchase experience I have ever experienced. More

Amazing, I was walked though the whole process from start to finish. Tony was amazing, he even helped me clean out my old car.
