Our sales person Adrian was awesome along with his manager Tony. It took us about 2 hours to get to the dealership since we had a bit of a drive to get to there. He was in constant contact with us fro manager Tony. It took us about 2 hours to get to the dealership since we had a bit of a drive to get to there. He was in constant contact with us from start to finish. Once we got to the dealership Adrian had the car brought to the front so we could see it and drive it. We were very satisfied with the car so we continued to finalize the deal. Adrian gets my full satisfaction. Next, the one thing I was not very happy about was how the dealership tried to upsale unnecessary items like celojet, rims and tires warranty, keys and fob replacement warranty, extended warranty, gps, alarm system and the list keeps going. I was told that some of these items were already applied to the car so it wasn't reversible. I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that those items should be the customers choice if they want them to be added to the vehicle and loan. I was ready to walk away from the deal and by some miracle the list of items dwendled down considerably. Bobby, my finance person was great also. He explained everything in detail. Sorry for all the questions Bobby. I would have given this review the full 5 stars but I was not happy with how the dealership was trying to add all the additional unnecessary items to my loan in the beginning. My suggestion to the actual dealership would be to let the customer choose what they want to have added to their loan. This way it doesn't feel like you are trying to get over on the customer. More

Thanks to the amazing team at Mazda of Orange for making the entire process of my first car purchase smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, Zaid went above and beyond to understand my needs and pr the entire process of my first car purchase smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, Zaid went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answering all my questions (and there were many!) with great clarity and genuine care. He was incredibly responsive and always available, making sure I felt informed and satisfied throughout the journey. Beyond just giving me the rundown, Zaid also warmly indulged me with a little tour of the neighboring sights on our test drive around the dealership which I really enjoyed and appreciated! Thanks also to Tony who joined in to answer some finer point questions and to Bobby who was extremely clear and helpful in working through all the paperwork and helping sound board my final questions. I also enjoyed and benefitted immensely from the presentation of the car's features, functions, and benefits at the time of delivery. I'm absolutely delighted with my new Mazda3 and am greatly appreciative to all of you for making this experience enjoyable and successful. More
