Suntrup Kia was an awesome place to do business. Kris was awesome to deal with as well as Tony on the finance portion. Seem to be somewhat disorganized. When I went to pick up car it was raining didn't look car over very well and once I did I found lots of stickers still on outside of car. I had a great experience with Kris and Suntrup! I ordered my car so it was exactly what I wanted and it got to the dealership very quickly. Kris was very communicative during the whole process whil I ordered my car so it was exactly what I wanted and it got to the dealership very quickly. Kris was very communicative during the whole process while I was waiting for the car to arrive and once it got delivered. He got everything ready before I came to pick it up so the process of purchasing the car at the dealership was also quick and painless. I bought my car on one of the coldest days of the year and Kris still came out to explain everything about my car to me and answer any questions I had. Tony in finance was also super helpful and spent time answering and explaining all the questions we had. 100/100 would recommend Suntrup, Kris, and Tony if you are in the market to purchase a car!
