I don’t know who Brandon is but Tony was nice. I didn’t get as good of a deal as I had hoped and they sent the loan application to the wrong credit union (2 wrong ones, actually). Tony was a nice young man but I hoped he would negotiate a better deal for me. I like the car a lot (BMW) and hope they will stand behind any service needs. More
